Stomach Cellulite
Belly Cellulite - Get Rid of Stomach Cellulite Safely and Fast
Belly Cellulite
Stomach cellulite including upper stomach cellulite is difficult to remove and it requires consistent effort on your part to stick to a proper diet and exercise, to get rid of the orange peel look of your tummy. It should not be confused with stretch marks which are completely different. Cellulite is not just body fat but it is a complex of body fat and stretched tissues caused by the accumulation of lumps of fat cells under the skin. There are many ways to lose cellulite but usually you have to use a combination of various methods to achieve an ideal body free of the dimpled skin associated with stomach cellulite.
A Good Diet Will Help Get Rid of Stomach Cellulite
The basis of good health is of course good nutrition and a healthy diet. A lean meats diet combined with fresh fruits is not only good for health but also it helps you to get rid of cellulite on stomach. Now and then whenever possible you can also try a fruit juice diet, a saturated fat diet or omega 3 fatty acids diet. A banana diet constitutes good nutrition and healthy diet also and can be used occasionally. A good diet is necessary to get rid of belly cellulite naturally. Belly Cellulite
Cellulite Diet and Exercise
A cellulite diet is not enough to lose cellulite and you have to combine a regular exercise program with a good diet if you wish to get rid of the problem successfully. Anti-cellulite exercise includes cardiovascular and anaerobic exercises. Exercises like swimming, walking, rowing, kayaking, cycling, etc. can help remove cellulite from the stomach as well as the thighs, upper arms and buttocks. Stomach exercises and stomach workouts that specifically target the stomach area can also help.
Lose weight and Cellulite
Achieving weight loss by adopting a healthy diet to reduce cellulite is a good way of getting rid of the problem naturally. You may have to undertake a medically supervised weight loss program for severe cases. Will losing weight get rid of cellulite? The answer is both yes and no. It is a complex problem involving tissue fibers, fat cells, inefficient lymphatic drainage, etc. Therefore just reducing the body mass index (bmi) may not help. You have to address the problem from many angles including diet, exercise, lifestyle changes and using creams and gels formulated to get rid of stomach cellulite.
Cellulite Massage, Liposuction and Laser Surgery
Surgery, liposuction and laser treatments are being advised for getting rid of stomach fat but they offer varying degrees of success in solving the problem. In fact liposuction may make the problem more prominent. The laser treatments include laser toning, Velasmooth and Tri-Active treatments. Massage of the affected areas with body brush or Endermologie techniques work by stimulating the area and improving lymphatic drainage. Surgery can cause scarring. All these techniques are expensive and there is no guarantee of success. Belly Cellulite

Whats a good way of getting rid of torso fat/flab? (Answers: 1) (Comments: 0)
I'm a pretty avid outdoorsman, and I run occasionally. I weigh about 165-170lbs and I'm 68.5". But even though I wouldnt consider myself overweight I have very unsightly torso fat that pretty much looks like flab. My arms and legs are toned, but my torso looks like that of an old man. I have been doing a lot of chest/abs, and back work, about 3 months worth now, and no luck at getting rid of my stomach cellulite.

I'm 16 , i weigh 112lbs, my scale says i have 32 percent fat and im 5'.
i have 3 roles of fat on my stomach!
cellulite on my legs and butt.
my parents even say i need to loose weight.
but they dont really help me.
i dont want to have to buy a book or plan so maybe someone can tell me how many callories im suppose to have and things like that.
i dont really want to build muscle because that actually makes you gain more weight. so i dont wanna work out alot maybe 2 times a week. because you have to loose the fat before you even work out.

How come??? Both genders answer, please? (Answers: 4) (Comments: 0)
I know I'm gonna get a lot of hate and mean answers and I really don't mind because you know what? It's about time that someone spoke out about and against this, so here I go...
Well, for starters, I am not some skinny/slim/slender girl pissed that heavier girls are getting more attention. I am 5' 1 1/2", 14 almost 15, Puerto Rican (genetics sometimes have to do with the way your body is built), and 118.4 lbs, so no I'm not slender. And I'm also not chubby. I have a muffin top jiggly jell-o bell-o and a big butt and up-and-out-ward A-cup breasts so they look bigger. I guess most people would think that I'm in the "Why do you care? It's not your problem" category, like in wars. (<-- Just an anology I thought of off the top of my head.) I have a curvy physique but am not chubby but do not have a flat&&toned tummy. (BTW, is it possible for me to tone my butt without it losing it's big-ness? Lol. The guys like it but I wanna start working on getting a healthy toned butt now so that when I'm 30 it's not all jiggly and hanging out there. Lol. And I'm working on getting a flat stomach now but not some body-builder crap. Lol.)
Well, I was reading someone's blog and they were talking about how "big" is back. Big as in "curvy". Which nowadays is code for "fat". (A REAL curvy figure has slender waist, flat stomach, cellulite free, nice shoulders and ankles, and good pair of arms along with that hour-glass shape coming from the bust and butt.) They used full-grown adult woman sizes 8, 12, and 14. They said 41% of women preffered the size 12 model and saw her as their ideal woman's physique. But, the problem is that all 3 models were almost 6 feet tall, and everyone knows that a tall woman at size 12 won't show you how unhealthy it is for an adult woman at an average height (which is 5'5" to 5'8") to be that size. That as a size 12 would look ugh...
The slimmest model was a size 8 but since she was almost 6 feet tall, she looked very slim&thin. Same deal with the size 12 model scenario I just described -_- 8, in my opinion, is the farthest (I was gonna use another word but thought some might get offended and that really is not my point in this) an average adult woman should reach. That would look okay on a regular woman.
----Questions----
Why do people look at an anorexic chick and tell them they have a problem but look over at the overweight girl gorging herself and say nothing? How come if you say something about overweight people you are marked as a "horrible person" but if you criticize an anorexic everyone jumps on board? Why would guys rather be with a girl who runs a higher risk of heart disease/heart attack/cardiac arrest/ stroke/ diabetes thann with a girl who will last them their whole life? Why can't people realize you can have a curvy figure and be slim at the same time? After all, isn't it just the curves that matter? Not slim as in bones jutting out and not curvy as in 200 lbs. and cellulite dimples all over your rear. You can have a real curvy physique but have a small waist and flat stomach.
Ugh... I have a nice body but don't like the jiggly tummy and want to get my butt in shape for after child-birth years. But I can do that without becoming a bean-pole stick. So how come so many people tell me to stay the way I am if I am not comfortable with it? I just wanna drop like 10 lbs.I can look the same way I do now but healthier. Since when has society become a bunch of teeny weeny widdle chubby DICKS?
BTW, "slim" and "skinny" and "slender" and "thin" does not mean anorexic or stick. You can be slim AND have a nice figure. I'm gonna prove it once I show up back to school when summer's over!
Can I get an Amen? At least ONE person has GOT to agree with me here!!!
