So I have been asking a lot of question lately on here and there are going to be a lot more if you'd like to help me out. But this question is about cellulite. I have it on my huge butt and really thick thighs. I'm trying to lose most of my weight there and then I am gradually losing weight in my stomache. [Because I have a bigger pouche than normal girls] All of this weight makes me "at Risk" and getting higher. I either eat like a feind or I don't eat at all. So I'm trying to help that out too. Male/18/84kg bout 180cm tall. hiya! Ive been eating healthy, no junk food no fad diets, just a proper balanced diet, been exercising 3-4times a week cardio/treadmill, and I've been doing this for a while, months now. ive tried increasing intensity, decreasing, ect nothing seems to work. There is really no difference in the way i look ive been trying to get this stubborn bottom and tummy fat off for ages now...keeping a balanced and excersise does help me by not gaining extra kgs...but thats it So the question is what to do now....If gym equip helps what eqiup is best to do the job right, is a home gym nesscary?
