What are some nonexpensive ways to get rid of cellulite?

Nivea has a product that I saw on Tyra that should help :) Google it?

You can either exercise or use anti-cellulite cream.

Rub coffee grinds on it after a hot bath.It does reduce the cellulite, but it makes a huge mess in the bathroom

Exercise. Jog/walk an hour a day, a half an hour minimum.

Do not eat white bread because it is notorious for giving people cellulite. switch to Wholewheat and whole grains.

brown rice-not white rice, Wheat bread not white, don't eat a lot of bagels. If you love bagels, switch to wheat bagels.

Don't eat cereals often that contain bleached flour. Even if it says "enriched" that just means that vitamins have been added, it will still give you cellulite.

don't snack on crackers either, unless they are whole-wheat and/or contain unbleached flour.

Sour bread, and all other breads that appear white- count as white bread.

Pastas are as bad as white bread too, because they also contain white (bleached) flour. Cut down on pastas, unless you can find a pasta that is made out of unbleached flour (like at a natural foods store?)

There you go! No money is spent on these remedies, and they work!

Make sure you do both though, Exercise AND change your diet.
