About birth control pills?????????

my periods have never been regular in my life, and except for the times im on bcp, i never have regular periods. besides, i have skin problems. and i have periodical symptoms like bloating, cellulite, skin problems and these last like 2-3 weeks. ive had my hormone levels tested a thousand times and everything's normal.
so, i think i have to star taking bcp again. the reason why i stopped takinbg before was pills made me feel weak and my muscles got soft a little bit.
but i want to start taking them again. cos this month, before my period, i had the symptoms for a month long and although i exercise a lot and do pilates, my cellulite didnt disappear or neither got better.
ive had enough. so i need your advice on how to prevent muscles softening and feeling weak because of bcp. like vitamins and exercise tips.
and experience sharing.
thank you!

You should probably start taking them again. Try another kind this time.

Your period can have an effect on bloating, and skin problems, but cellulite is not really something that's affected by your period. Some people have a higher tendency to have cellulite, and unfortunately, it's something that's genetic.

I would try going back on birth control, but maybe try a different brand. Sometimes it takes a bit of trying to find one that works well for you. A pill that I love, might not be good for you, or vise versa.

If you're worried about energy, etc. I would look into a multivitamin. Sometimes a vitamin deficiency can cause tiredness, and vitamins like B, or iron can help with energy (but be careful, because you don't want to get too much).

As for your muscles softening, that's not usually something that happens on birth control, at least I've never heard of it. But exercises that are good for that are ones that include weight lifting. A lot of women are afraid that they'll get "bulky" from weight lifting, but it just doesn't happen that way - it's not in our genes. Try to start with smaller weights 3-5 lbs for example, and go from there.
