How to reduce cellulite on my arms?

I have a wedding and below is the dress I will be wearing as a bridesmaid. I was wondering how can I reduce my upper arm/body cellulite? It will be on Feb. 20, so I need to know QUICKLY so I can start doing it. lol Thanks!
