spot reduction (burning fat in one spot) is impossible..........you have toget rid of fat all over if you want to get rid of cellulite.....so doing a high intensity cardio-interval routine will be wonderful for you.......that means to pick a fast paced cardio exercise,like running or cycling or kickboxing, and start off doing it at a light speed,just pace yourself....do that for about 20 seconds......then at that 20 second mark, do that exercise at a sprinting pace....so you now want to go as fast as you possibly can,for 10 seconds......then at the 10 second mark,go back to the light pace,then back to the sprinting when its ben 20 seconds,etc...do that 8-15 times,and i guarantee you that youre metabolism will be higher than doing a 2 hour jog...the beauty of this is that if you have a recumbanent bike or something in your basement or whatever,this will seriously only take you up to 10 minutes,this is such a quick yet more effective workout
