Just wondering if it worked for you, somebody told me last night that it took an inch off each of their legs and worked instantly. If it worked for you, how long did it last?

they work but the results don't last very long, up to a couple of weeks usually. if you cut back on salt and carbs the results will last a bit longer like maybe up to a month.
I wouldn't do it unless you have a special occasion you're trying to look good for.

- This treatment sounds a little too good to be true, which raises a red flag right away. While there are some methods that have been proved semi-effective in discouraging cellulite, there are very few that work for everyone or for any amount of time. I would go into the spa with realistic expectations, and only spend the amount of money you don't mind losing. Spas can be deceptive in what they can offer for you, so why not go to a spa purely for relaxation time and enjoyment away from your normal life. This way, disappointment won't find your way into your experience.
