Eat Lots of fruit. Have a peice of fruit with breakfast, for morning snack, and lunch. Even an afternoon snack as well. Fruit has amino acids in it which help with weight managment, not to mention great for your brain! ( check out the link below for the best fitness foods)

after your workouts, cool down with 10 min of pilates. It's not hard to start pilates, if you've always wanted to do it, start now. It elongates the limbs, tones your whole body faster ( you see results sooner) and doesn't build bulk. The easiest workouts to start are on the website I give you below, please try it, once you do it a few times, you'll be hooked.

do not eat a heavy dinner! EVER! Have " dinner for lunch" and eat light at dinner ( salad and chicken). Dinner is too late to be heavy and anyone eating that late must be dedicated to an hour workout after.. not to great to go through if all you want to do is go for a walk. Having your dinner earlier helps your body burn the calories faster, over a longer period of time, and by 4, you aren't running to the cupboard pigging out on snacks.
Snacks should be fruit and carbs, light and small in size. A handfull of almonds and a yogurt, a banana and half a bagel..
Vitamins: I;ve seen weight loss vitamins, I honestly have no idea how they work, nor do I want to find out. I'm 5'7 and weigh 125 lbs and I look healthy. Never tried a pill in my life, never will. you don't needt to take them if you do everything above, and take supplements for health instead.
When your body is getting rid of toxins and burning fat, your liver is the tool that does this. Keep your liver clean with Milk Thistle capsuls. ( ps, they are not expensive, and it's good for your skin)
Then, I take omega 369, vitamin c, d, b12 and e. I stay energetic, healthy and clear minded all day.
Good job by the way! I can't imagine working out 5 days a week
