Detox diets are a myth.
"Cellulite is beyond people's control. It's a genetic predisposition and I'm sure it doesn't help if you're overweight but I don't think there's any way of improvement, other than rupturing the fibrous bands or removing the fat.

Dry body brushing
Cellulite massage
Leg exercises such as squats and lunges
Drink plenty of water
Detox by cutting out alcohol, sugars, preservatives, colours and flavours from your diet will also help, along with drinking herbal tea.

You can hide it by exercising every day, but when you stop it shows up again. I have a lot and there is nothing I can do. I even went to a surgeon and he refused to do lipo, once cause he said the cellulite would not go away.0% 0 Votes
- Green tea is the best, lots of hot water and lemon, bit of honey and apples are good too. Buy a firming cream coz that makes a bit of difference too. Also, every morning, using your knuckles, brush your thighs/bum/arms in long firm strokes towards your heart as it gets the blood flowing.
Try to avoid high salt foods and caffiene
