Not sure about the stretch marks, but I can defs help you with the cellulite!
Mind you, it won't happen over night, but mine's is gone and NO I did NOT buy any lotions or anything! (I was fully gonna...) You are gonna have to lose some weight, but not a lot if you don't want to...
First, I replaced my daily coffee with green tea. Sometimes I'll have a different tea and sure, sometimes I'll even have a coffee (once every 2 weeks or so when I go to Starbucks :P). Also, cut out Coke/Pepsi.
Next, try to limit your intake of sweets. Again, everything in moderation. Try to limit yourself to 1-3 times a week if you MUST.
Next, cardio cardio cardio! I use an elliptical, but jogging, jumping, dancing, etc will work great. It helps keep the fat down, which reduces cellulite!
Finally, use a loofa sponge in the shower to exfoliate your thighs. Aka, wet it up and rub it in circular motions on your thighs.
Drink lots of water and VOILA! I was so happy when I saw mine gone I cant wait to buy a bathing suit!! :D
