How to lose cellulite, strech marks, and the fat on my stomach and back.?

I'm fifteen years old and 5'2 i weigh 124 lbs. I am very active and do 2 hours of exericse every day. But my stomach has fat on it, and i also dont like the way my back is, i want to tighten it up a lot. How can i do this? and also what should i start eating. I dont eat fish or anything from the sea. Also i am starting to do exercises for my stomach five times a day. What else is there to help me look hot in a bkikini and nt shy away, like i usually do?

Well you don't sound like you're fat at all if you are concerned with that. You exercise two hours a day? I'm guessing you're not doing cardio workouts because those really gets you going. Running should flatten your tummy. It worked well for me and it kept it that way. & Sea food is a good source of protein.

Doing crunches isn't really affective if you're not doing them right. Other than that be confident. Try to do an actual sport that involves cardio. Not just gym work out.

Targetted weight loss is quite difficult, many people would say impossible, but the one diet that definitely worked for me was wu-yi tea, it can be checked out in the resource box underneath, they have a handful of free trials left, it was featured in Fox News and USA Today. I worked off 30 pounds, it definitely does produce results!

Veggies and water are a big key here! Eat lots of fruits and veggies and drink plenty of water. Working out can dehydrate you so don't exercise too much. Also a little bit of fat is good. It just lets you know that you are healthy. No matter how skinny you get, you are still going to have a little bit of fat on your stomach. As for stretch marks, try some lotion that is used for people who are pregnant and trying to avoid stretch marks. If you have stretch marks it helps them fade.Coco butter also works really well too.
