how can i get rid of of it besides exercising and pills ? do cellulite lotions help ? and if they do which ones ?

cellulite lotions DO NOT help.
not to rain on your parade but do exercises where you have the cellulite
for example, if it's on your thys go on youtube and type in 8 minute legs. they also have buns, thys, arms, etc. and it works too.
