Hey There People
I have some really disgusting cellulite from behide my upper tights right under my butt and i am wondering of some ways and exercises to get rid of or atleast get rid of it a little bit in a healthy way.

Pilates has some very good exercises for shaping and reducing cellulite. I do squats with weights and many other exercises about 20-30 minutes every day. It also makes me feel much better with myself. Google it and you should find some good ones. A pilates ball is also a handy thing to have.
