Male/18/84kg bout 180cm tall.
hiya! Ive been eating healthy, no junk food no fad diets, just a proper balanced diet, been exercising 3-4times a week cardio/treadmill, and I've been doing this for a while, months now.
ive tried increasing intensity, decreasing, ect nothing seems to work. There is really no difference in the way i look ive been trying to get this stubborn bottom and tummy fat off for ages now...keeping a balanced and excersise does help me by not gaining extra kgs...but thats it
So the question is what to do now....If gym equip helps what eqiup is best to do the job right, is a home gym nesscary? Any answers or info would be very helpful in directing me in what to do to get rid of stubborn fat/Cellulite
