Other than plastic surgery you can't. Loosing some weight will help with the cellulite.

- there are no miracle cures for cellulites and scars, unfortunately, not working ones anyway. Try to accept yourself the way you are. Eating healthy and exercising can make cellulite less though.0% 0 Votes
- You can't really get rid of cellulite but by applying a lotion of vitamin E, the area surrounding the cellulite lightens in color and it appears as if you do not have cellulite0% 0 Votes
- for cellulites you should drink water and be careful about what you eat and drink. for one thing, coke and nescafe makes cellulite. and also oily foods make it too.(you should avoid chips and food like this.) doing sports especially the ones that move your hips and legs like running and walking,etc. is a good way to get rid of them. follow this advise, i don't have any. and the other thing, for your surgery scar laser surgery would solve it completely.0% 0 Votes
- well i don't know if you have that in your country/state but you got a lotion from nivea that's called goodbye and it helps really much..drink allot of water..if you don't feel free to contact me..i know allot bout that...
