Anti-age has to do with genetics more than anything ,good skin,good teeth,good nails,complexion,coloring,all of this is
genetic.You can eat better and use anything in a ritualistic manner and it will help.I choose Herbs over chemicals, hands down...Drink 64oz.water a day for your skin and over-all health.Go to a make-up counter like Estee Lauder talk to
an professional about all your skin care.They will hook you up.
Then you must do what they say always.It's a life change.
