Show me another »How do I completely eliminate cellulite?
Cellulite is really getting on my nerves now, and I want to get rid of it. I'm not really that fat. But I want to get it out, naturally... i.e no creams and lotions and things just as far as possible...

The best way is to work out. If you don't like gyms, try walking. Start out slow and work your way to more walk time. It's good for the mind and great for the soul! I wish you the best.

- Exercise and toning up helps to reduce cellulite. Exfoliating your skin helps. And long walks helps...sitting around doesnt. good luck.0% 0 Votes
- 80% - 90% of women get cellulite at one point in their lives. Cellulite is not related to being overweight; average and underweight people also get cellulite, although it's not seen in men. Liposuction, which extracts fat from under the skin, is not effective for cellulite reduction. Dieting does not get rid of the dimpled appearance, but a balanced diet and exercise may help. Treatments that are being watched and showing some good results are Mesotherapy and Endermologie. (Do a google search on them.) A local medispa here in Minnesota uses "Velasmooth" and swears by it. - Might be from water retention, use a sauna suit, drink alot of water with lemon...to clean out your system. Then shower, exfoliate... pat dry and massage with oil in circular motion for atleast 10-15minutes. That will help alot, I was 300 with barely any cellulite.

I would say, eat alot of lean protein, do some squats... or the step aerobics and in 3 weeks, you'll be amazed. I do the same regimen every year getting this fat NJ body ready for Jamaica.0% 0 Votes
