no, they usually only tighten your skin to reduce the appearance of cellulite. they don't actually remove cellulite or fat

- cellutite creams don't work, the best treatment is deep tissue massage, to break down the fat deposit. By using creams u are just targeting the top layer of the skin and cellutite is not in the top layer :)25% 1 Vote
