Okay I've had enough worrying about my body, cellulite, stomach fat, this and that and etc. I'm tall, about 5'10 or so and around 175-180 something, I haven't checked in about 3 weeks or so but I'm gonna guess around there, nothing more. Anyways. cutting to the chase: I need to give up soda. I do love water but always crave soda when out to dinner, at work (work at a movie theater) or family parties, etc. I don't drink it everyday but I do drink it enough to have a need to give it up. I already plan to keep a calendar to mark the days I don't drink soda and to motivate me more but can anyone give me tips to help me stay away from soda for...hopefully forever.

When i was 14 and 15, I was very very obese. 240 for a 5'6 14 year old. I gained weight so fast that I got stretch marks all over my thigh areas, and stomach. I then lost all my weight and I'm 185 right now and look great. The only problem is that my body is still disgusting!. I have faded out stretch marks all over my body, CELLULITE on my ass and legs, and puffy nipples. This sucks so bad.And I am not a bad looking guy either, and honestly my body sucks so bad that I have pretty much turned down hooking up with some good looking girls because I am afraid of what they will say. I don't know what to do :( :( :(
