As a member of a popular fitness club, I noticed countless others disappointed with their fat burning exercise routines and eating practices, working hard and long but with virtually no improvement.

Several of my own friends and relatives would mention this new plan or product they had just shelled out cash for that was the answer to their fat loss or fitness goals. They were so emotional about it they couldn't wait to get started.

Then, in a few weeks, the same happy-go-lucky people that were once jumping with joy about their new plan to burn fat and get a new body became downright discouraged. It was hard to watch.

If you think you need to spend hours a week in the gym or adhere to some strange unnatural eating strategy, you're going to be disappointed with your results.

What all of these approaches will do, is put you into the fat burning and fitness cycle of confusion that so many are stuck in these days. If instead, you choose to forget what you thought you knew, and start off with the right approach, the approach that focuses on making changes in your lifestyle long term, you'll instantly improve your results by 1000%.

How to quickly get rid of cellulite on my arms? (Answers: 3) (Comments: 0)
Over the past few weeks I have been eating a lot of junk food and have developed a little bit of cellulite on my arms. Since then I have removed all fatty foods from my diet and have been doing arm squats and running (and more exercise in general). Is there anything else I should do to speed up the process of getting rid of the cellulite? (I have a party coming up at the end of june). Thanks.

Since I dont do cheerleading anymore and ive been out of high school, I have noticed im getting cellulite on the backs of my thighs. I know exercise to target that area will help, so I am doing that. But how soon will I see results? I am also wondering if the creams really work and how long it will take for the cellulite to go away if i apply it as directed, like 2 times a day? Tell me about your nasty cellulite experiences please! just an fyi to sweet sensimilla-i weigh 140 lbs and im 5'7"., and I work out 5 days a week.

I have never had cellulite before, but then I quit soccer and a few years later I started getting cellulite, its not bad cellulite like most people, but I would like to know how to get rid of it before it gets bad.
